At present, Zhengzhou Huaxiang Refractories Co., Ltd. has completed the automation upgrade and transformation of the prefabricated production line. The automation of the prefabricated production line has achieved the design requirements in all indicators through actual operation. The automation of prefabricated production lines not only reduces the labor intensity of employees, improves production efficiency, but also more accurately controls the production process, reduces human errors, thereby improving product consistency and quality stability, and improving customer satisfaction.
Currently, the upgrading and renovation project of the standardized production line has been completed, mainly including several sub projects such as automated drying, intelligent inspection, automatic packaging, automatic control center, data center, etc. It has been put into operation in October 2024.
