Project Overview:
Huaxiang Refractories has successfully undertaken the 120 ton ladle masonry project of Henan Jiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., providing integrated services including refractory customization, on-site masonry, and operation and maintenance guidance. This ladle is used in conjunction with a converter and a refining furnace to undertake the tasks of steel transfer and refining assistance. It needs to withstand high temperatures, slag erosion, and thermal shock, and is suitable for the purity requirements of steel in the production of special steel.
Solution:
We have established a collaborative protection system of "safety-insulation-longevity" for the service environment of steel ladles. By optimizing the lining structure, strengthening key parts, and standardizing the entire construction process, we achieve a comprehensive balance between safety, insulation, and longevity. At the same time, we dispatch a professional team to the site to standardize the management of the entire construction process, ensuring that the accuracy of masonry and material performance are fully utilized.
Project achievements:
The project was efficiently completed and the ladle operation was normal. The service life of refractory materials has been improved, reducing the frequency of maintenance and increasing the turnover efficiency.
